1 lb ground meat
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 C water
2 tsp chicken bouillon
¼ C all-purpose flour
1 C sour cream
1 can diced chilles
2 C grated cheese
½ C green onions
Plain Tortilla chips
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl combine water, bouillon and flour (mix until bouillon and flour are well mixed)
Add to meat mixture. Bring to a boil to slightly thicken
Stir in sour cream and green chilies, blend thoroughly.

In a 9 x 13 casserole dish
Cover bottom with Tortilla chips
Top with ½ meat mixture, ½ cheese and ½ onions
Layer with Tortilla chips
Add remaining meat mixture, cheese and end with onions

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -40 minutes.
