2 pkgs of Lipton dry onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can dry white wine or Thunderbird wine
1/4 cup melted butter
8-10 pieces chicken thighs or 5-6 boneless chicken breast or thighs cut into 2-3" pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle onion soup mix on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Roll or toss chicken in butter and place in baking pan of choice.
Combine mushroom soup and wine and pour over chicken.
Heat oven to 350º and cover chicken mixture. Bake 30-55 minutes depending on which pieces you choose. Take off cover and stir then bake an additional 20-30 minutes. Bone in pieces will require the most time. Cut up boneless pieces the least.
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
