1 (8 oz) light cream cheese, softened
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 c (8 oz) nonfat sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp lemon juice
1 c cold skim milk
1 pkg (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
Assorted fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, milk and pudding mix, beating well after each addition. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with fruit
