Ingredients:
2 cups warm water
2 Tbsp yeast

1 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup dry milk
6-7 cups flour

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add other ingredients to large mixing bowl, adding 3 cups of flour first, add yeast mixture. Mix dough adding 1 cup of flour at a time until it is dough consistency and not too sticky, it should pull away from the sides of the bowl. Remove from bowl to a lightly floured surface. Knead well. Form into a ball and let rise until double in bulk (about 40 minutes). Knead again and let rise another 20 minutes. Knead one last time and separate into three sections. Roll one section at a time on a lightly floured surface to about 12 in. diameter. Spread butter on dough and cut into 12 triangles. Roll the dough from the bigger end to the smaller end and place on one of two cookie sheets (I put parchment paper on the cookie sheet) with the seam side down. Repeat with the other two sections of dough. Let rise again for about 35 minutes. Preheat oven to 350º and bake rolls from 12-15 minutes, rotating pans about half-way through. When they come out of the oven, butter the tops when they are still warm.
