Maddy’s PB No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄2 cup unsweetened powdered cocoa
Dash salt
1⁄2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
1. Cook sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa together until boiling. 2. Add vanilla and peanut butter. 3. Mix until peanut butter is melted 4. Pour chocolate/peanut butter mixture over oats in a large bowl and mix completely. 5. Line rectangular cookie sheet/baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper. 6. Pour chocolate mixture into pan and chill. 7. Once chilled, cut into cubes and serve (OR you can spoon into separate cookies on sheet and chill.)
