Ingredients:  
Put 1 cup brown sugar, 2 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter in pan and put on to cook.

While this boils mix the following together:

1 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix together and drop in syrup above. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes
