1 rotisserie chicken
1 box Chicken Stock
1 bag Reams frozen egg noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz sour cream
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Debone chicken and tear into small bites.
Pour chicken stock into large stock pan, add bones from rotisserie chicken and bring to a boil.
Pour stock through a strainer to remove all bones. Return to a boil and add noodles. Cook for 12-15 minutes until noodle are tender. In a bowl, stir together cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Add chicken and cream mixture to noodles. Cook on low simmer, stir frequently to prevent scorching. Serve with fresh pan of cornbread and enjoy.
