Personal Notes:
Growing up as a child, I enjoyed watching my grandma cook. Specially, when it came
to cheese cake. I still remember the aromas of the sweet smell of cheese cake on rainy days at my grandmas, a long with a fresh brewed coffee, just the perfect combination.
