Ingredients:  
1 ½ cup brown sugar
½ cup oleo (margarine/butter)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour (sift and add alternating with milk)
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup sweet milk (sweetened condensed milk)
1 tsp. vanilla
**Cream together the above ingredients and add 1 egg**
1 ½ cups Rhubarb (cut fine and stir in thoroughly)

Pour batter in 9x13 pan and sprinkle the top with ¼ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup white sugar, & 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake for 30-35 minutes @ 350 degrees.
