Mini Crusts
Mix Together:
½ C Soft Butter
3 ozs Cream Cheese
Add:
1 C Flour and mix well.

Divide dough into 24 balls and place in mini muffins pans. Chill for a few
minutes. Press each ball into the mini tins to make a thin crust.

Filling
Mix Together:
1 Egg
¾ C Brown Sugar
Dash of Salt

Pour filling into tins and top with chopped Pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
