3 cups zucchini (cut in quarters and sliced thin)
4 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
½ cup canola oil
¼ cup diced white onion
½ cup grated cheese
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Pam butter flavored cooking spray – to grease pan

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour in a greased 13x9 glass baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
