1 Pillsbury pie dough crust
2 packages fresh blueberries, washed and drained
1 cup sugar, plus 1 teaspoon
4 or 5 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons water
Dash cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Spread out 1 pie crust on the bottom of 9-inch pie plate
Mix 1 cup sugar and all the other ingredients, except butter, and pour into the pie crust. Spread other pie crust on top, pinching edges. Brush melted butter on top of the pie. Then sprinkle 1 teaspoon granulated sugar on top crust and poke a fork in to vent. Bake on the bottom of the oven shelf at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
