1 lb Hamburger
1 medium Onion
1 small head Cabbage
1 box of Hot Roll Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Shred Cabbage and chop Onion. Brown Hamburger and drain. Return to pan and add shredded Cabbage and chopped Onion to the Hamburger. Cook, stirring often until Cabbage is done. Prepare Hot Roll Mix according to package directions. Roll out dough ¼ - ½ inch thick. Cut into 5 - 6 inch squares. Fill each square with Hamburger and Cabbage mixture. Bring edges to the center, pinch and seal. Place in a greased baking pan with pinched edges down. Cover with a dishtowel and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove from oven and brush top lightly with Butter.

Jason and Amy prefer to eat these smothered in brown gravy. You can use packaged gravy mix or prepared gravy in a jar.
