2 cups sugar
˝ cup butter
˝ cup milk
6 tablespoons Hershey’s baking cocoa
3 cups Quaker Oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
˝ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, heat sugar, butter, milk and cocoa.
Bring to boil for 1 minute, and take off the burner.
Stir in Quaker Oats, coconut, chopped walnuts, vanilla extract and salt.
Mix well.
Wearing plastic gloves pick up and form a small ball.
Then coat the balls in a dish with additional coconut.
You may use food coloring in the coconut to make festive colors. If chocolate gets dry add water. Place on wax paper to dry.
