1 large onion, chopped
Olive oil
10 cloves garlic, minced
8 cans Pastene ground peeled tomatoes
Fresh basil (about a handful)
Parsley (about 6 shakes)
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt
Red pepper (about 6 shakes)
1 Small stick of pepperoni (cut into 3 chunks)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic, onion and olive oil until translucent.

Pour each can of tomatoes plus ˝ can water into blender and puree. Pour puree tomatoes in large pan.

Pour oil and garlic mixture into sauce and add spices. Add pepperoni and bring to a boil. Once it comes to a boil simmer on low for 3 hours.

Remove pepperoni when finish cooking. Add more salt or pepper to taste. Cool before freezing.
