2 cup butter
2 cup sugar
2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoon almond flavouring
5½ cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped almonds
1 cup mixed candied fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar add 4 beaten eggs and almond flavouring. Blend the dry ingredients flour, baking soda and salt, add to cream mixture. Stir in Almonds and candied fruit. Shape into 2-inch rolls in saran wrap. Refrigerate overnight and slice in 1/8 inch and bake 5-7 minutes at 400º.
