1 cup peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup Rice Crispies
1 tbs vanilla
1 tbs melted butter

Chocolate chips or melting chocolate of your choosing.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients together.

Once combined roll balls into desired size.

Place in fridge or freezer for 1 hour to firm up.

Prepare double boiler and melt chocolate.

Roll balls in chocolate and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Store in fridge once chocolate has hardened.
