2 C. Cubed Honeydew Melon 2 C. Smoked Turkey Juice & Zest of One Lime ½ C. Mayonnaise 2 T Chopped Red Onion 1 T Chopped Fresh Mint (Spearmint) 1 T Sugar Salt Freshly Ground Black Pepper 3 T. Toasted Almonds
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except the almonds.
Serve immediately or chill up to four hours before serving. Add the almonds just before serving
