1 cup butter
¼ cup sugar
2 cups flour
1tsp vanilla
1 cup ground un-blanched almonds
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with a hand or stand mixer. Cream in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add flour one cup at a time. Add almonds. Mix unntil well incorporated.

Knead dough. Shaep dough into three inch crescent rolls, ½ inch thick. Arrange on buttered cookie sheet so that they have room to expand. Bake for 35 minutes at 300ºF.

When cool, roll in powdered sugar.
