1 3/4 cups all purpose flour leveled
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
8 T (1 stick) butter room temp
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 t pure vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
4 peaches cut into 8 wedges ( about 4 cups)
1 pint blueberries
1/3 c sliced almonds
Confectioners sugar for dusting.

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl; set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium high until fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla.

Reduce mixer speed Add half the flour mixture, then sour cream, and remaining flour, mix well.
Fold in peaches and blueberries.

Transfer the batter to a 8x8 or 2 qt baking dish and sprinkle with almonds. Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 1 & 45 min. Let it cool slightly and then Dust with confectioners sugar.
