Peach Cookies Recipe

4 eggs
1 c sugar
½ c oil
1½ tsp peach flavoring
1½ tsp baking powder
3½ flour

Filling:
5 heaping tbsp peach preserves
5 heaping tbsp apricot
1 egg
1 box peach jello
1 box apricot jello
1 box cherry jello
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, oil, peach flavoring, baking powder, sugar, and flour.
Roll dough into balls, place on parchment paper, and bake at 350º until done.
When baked, scoop out center while still warm and save the crumbs.
Mix together apricot, peach preserves, and crumbs then place in the center of balls and put together.
Beat egg and roll ball into egg.
Roll in peach jello and apricot jello.
Dip one end in cherry jello for blush.
