2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion or dried onion flakes
1 can chili beans in chili sauce (mild or hot)
1 large can V-8 juice
1 to 2 tbsp chili powder

Directions:

Brown hamburger with onion and salt & pepper

Drain off excess grease

Add chili beans, V – 8 juice and chili powder


Pro Tip: Rinse the cans with a little bit of water and add that water to fill the cooking pot
