1 stewing chicken or chicken breasts
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp garlic salt or 1 tsp garlic powder
1 large can sauerkraut
1 tsp group pepper flakes
4 potatoes, quartered
2 carrots cut up
2 onions cut up
1 back green beans (or peas)
1 stalk celery cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all together until chicken is tender. Then add 1 tsp group pepper flakes, 4 potatoes, quartered, 2 carrots cut up, 2 onions cut up, 1 back green beans (or peas), 1 stalk celery cut up. Cook 1 hour 30 minutes slowly.
