50 chicken quarters or 100 chicken breasts and thighs
1 lb. flour
8 oz. nonfat dry milk
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 lb. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Brush each piece with melted butter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
