2¼ c. flour
1½ tsp. baking powder
¾ tsp. salt
1¼ c. sugar, divided
¾ c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
10-oz. pkg. mint flavored chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Set oven to 350°.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, oil and mix well. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoon onto UNgreased cookie sheet. Shape into balls, rolling in remaining sugar. Bake 8 - 10 minutes.
Regular chips may be substituted if you do not care for mint.
