Preheat 350º

1 c. Melted Butter
3 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Sour Milk
4 Eggs
2 c. Mashed Bananas

Directions:
Directions:
For sour milk, take 1 tsp. vinegar and combine with 1 c. milk. Mix sour milk, butter, sugar, eggs, and bananas together until relatively smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking soda. Pour flour and baking soda in to mix slowly to avoid clumps. Remember to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl.

Pour batter in to 2 9x5 loaf pans and bake for 60-70 minutes.
