5 lbs potatoes
milk - enough to mash potatoes
butter
2 cups sour cream
2 - 3 oz. packages of cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes until done. While potatoes are cooking mix sour cream and cream cheese together mixing well.
Drain potatoes and mash adding milk and butter.
Add sour cream and cream cheese to potatoes mixing well.
Place into cassarole dish and place in refrigerator until ready to use. Heat in 350 oven for 40 min. Will keep for a week in refrigerator.
For same day use put in crockpot on high until heated through - turn down to warm until ready to serve.
