Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
1/2 c oil
1 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

3 Tbsp cocoa
2 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 c zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
1 c chocolate chips
1/2 c sour milk (add 1 Tbsp vinegar to 1/2 c milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first 5 ingredients together. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to cream mixture - along with milk mixture, zucchini and nuts. Stir in 1/2 c of chocolate chips. Pour into prepared (grease & flour) loaf pan. Sprinkle top with remaining chocolate chips and bake 325 for 45-60 minutes.
