Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
¼ onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 c. crushed saltine crackers or oatmeal
milk, enough to moistened mixture
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, onion, egg and salt and pepper.
Add crackers or oatmeal
Shape into a loaf
Spray cooking dish with cooking spray and put loaf into dish
Bake at 350º for 1 hour

This was Grandma's recipe and it isn't made with a sauce. I would eat mine with ketchup.
