Large oven bag, turkey size
2 T flour
1 cn (15 1/4 oz) sliced pineapples, drained, reserving juice
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 T lemon juice
1/8 ground cinnamon
10 to 12 oz fully cooked ham, bone-in
whole cloves

Preheat oven 325º Shake flour in oven bag, place in roasting pan at least 2 in deep. Add pineapple juice, brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Place pineapple slices in bag, arrange in an even layer around sides of bag. Lightly score ham in a diamond pattern, insert cloves. Place ham in center of bag around the pineapples slices. Close bag with nylon tie, cut slits 1/2 in top. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours until meat thermometer reads 140º
