Trim Icing

Ingredients:

4 cups confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp meringue powder
6 Tbsp warm water
2 tsp clear vanilla
Color (if needed)

1. Mix all ingredients with paddle attachment. Want nice spreading consistency.

2. Put into pastry bag to outline cookies.

12 Tbsp warm water
2 tsp clear vanilla

1. Mix ingredients with paddle attachment slowly for about 5 minutes. Add water a teaspoon at a time if needed.
