1/2 c cornmeal
1/2 c flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cut up fryer chicken
1/2 c milk
1/3 c butter or oleo, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the mixture from first 6 ingredients. Place in greased 13 x 9 pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 50-55 minutes .
