6 eggs beaten
2 tablespoon ground sage
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 big bags of dried bread pieces (about 3 sandwich loaves dried and cut into pieces)
I average group of celery stalks
2 big onions
32oz. Chicken broth(drippings from turkey)

Directions:
Oven 350º. Grease 9x13 pan
Cut onions and celery in small pieces. Add oil to cover bottom of skillet apx. ¼ inch; add celery and onion and cook on medium stirring frequently so that they don’t turn brown. Cook until onions are see through. Place dried bread in extra large bowl or roasted add onions and celery with oil, sage,salt pepper eggs and chicken broth/ drippings. Mix well. Place in 9x13 pan and bake 60 minutes.

I like it better with the turkey drippings. You may need to add some broth if it is still dry. Mixture should be wet.
