Grandma's Deviled Eggs Recipe

6 hard boiled eggs
yellow mustard
Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in pan and add water just covering the eggs. Boil 20 min. (when water reaches a boil, lower heat to where the water is simmering) Remove from heat and rinse with cold water immediately (this prevents the edges of the yellow from darkening)
Cut eggs in half lengthwise and spoon out the yellow and put into a medium bowl
Mash the yellows with a fork
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add 1 tsp. of mustard and 2 tsp. of mayonnaise until you reach the right consistency
Spoon mixture into egg shells and sprinkle with paprika
