1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 banana
1 cup of strawberries or blue berries or other fruit
3 "Premier Protein" measuring spoons of whey
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in a blender and blend together.

Makes 2-16 oz. glasses plus a little bit.
