3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 TBSP corn starch
Y` TSP salt
1 TSP grated lemon grind
1 TBSP lemon juice
3 egg whiles slightly beaten
3/4 cup canned pineapple juice
2 TBSP butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Cook in a double boiler. Mix sugar, starch, salt, juice and rinds. Cook til smooth. Put between 2 layered cake (round) and frost or put on cake in long pan and put whipped topping on top.
