Ingredients: 1 1/2 CUP UNSALTED BUTTER (RT) 3 CUPS GRANULAR SUGAR 6 LG EGGS (RT) 3 CUPS CAKE FLOUR (SIFTED) 1 TSP SALT 1/4 TSP BAKING SODA 1 CUP SOUR CREAM 2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

Directions:PREHEAT OVEN TO 325º SPRAY BUNDT PAN WITH BAKERS JOY SET A SIDE IN A STAND MIXER ADD BUTTER AND SUGAR AND MIX FOR 3-4 MINUTES ON HIGH SPEED UNTIL VERY SOFT YELLOW AND FLUFFY. INTO THE BATTER 2. ADD EGG ONE AT A TIME MIXING WELL AFTER EACH EGG SCRAPPING DOWN THE SIDE OF YOUR BOWL AS NEEDED
3. TURN DOWN MIXER TO LOWEST SPEED AND SLOWLY ADD FLOUR INTO INCREMENTS AND MIX UNTIL JUST COMBINE AND THEN ADD SALT AND BAKING SODA (BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER BEAT)
4. THEN ADD SOUR CREAM AND VANILLA EXTRACT AND TURN OFF MIXER
5. POUR CAKE BATTER INTO BUNDT PAN AND BAKE FOR 1 HRS AND 15-20 MINS OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
6. COOL IN PAN ON WIRE RACK FOR 10 MIN THEN INVERT CAKE ON PLATE FOR AT LEAST A HOUR OR UNTIL CAKE IS COOL TO TOUCH |
