1/4 c dry sherry , 1/4 c soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey,1 garlic clove minced, 1 lb chicken breasts, 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk sherry,soy sauce,honey and garlic. Add chicken, turning to coat.Marinate 30 minutes.
Heat skillet and add oil. Shake off chicken and cook in skillet
