3 Cups Sugar
1/3 Cut White Vinegar (Distilled)
1 Cup Water (Hot Water)
Stir until sugar is dissolved, never touch side of pan. Cook to a Hard Crack. Pour on buttered surface and let cook until you can stretch to perfection, then twist and lay on counter and brake into smaller pieces and wrap in waxed paper.
