1 C Warm Water


2 TBS Olive Oil
1 TBS Honey
¼ tsp Salt
3-4 C flour (Start with 3 cups)

1. Stir and let sit covered while it bubbles.
2. Add yeast and knead about 2-3 minutes, Add flour if too sticky, pick up pizza dough to stretch it (this will help it warm up) keep rolling it out until it fits the pan.
