1 C White Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Butter
1 C Vegetable/Canola Oil
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
3½ C Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 tsp Cream of Tartar
½ tsp Salt
1½ C Rice Krispies
1 C Coconut
½ C Nuts (Walnuts or Pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugars, butter, oil, egg and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Fold together dry ingredients. Then mix into sugar and egg mixture.

Shape into balls and arrange on baking sheet. Flatten the balls with the bottom of a glass.

Bake in 350º oven for 10-15 minutes.

I got this recipe from my grandmother, Hazel Marine. When we would go to Minnesota for a visit, she always had these cookies waiting for us.
