2 c honey
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp cloves
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. soda dissolved in 1/2 cup water
7 c flour
1 small bottle anise oil
large bag chocolate chips
nuts are optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix honey, sugar, and eggs in large bowl.
Mix in vinegar, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and soda water
Mix well
Add anise oil and then slowly add flour, chocolate chips, and nuts
Chill in fridge for a few hours
Roll dough out on floured towel
Keep adding flour when rolling out
When rolling use the chips as a guide
Cut with small biscuit cutter
Place cookie on lightly greased cookie sheet

To make the icing:
Beat 2 eggs with mixer until thick
Add powdered sugar until spreading consistency, not runny but not too thick

Spread each cookie with icing before baking
Bake at 350º for 7-10 minutes or until lightly brown

*It's best to wash, dry, and re-grease cookie sheets after each time*
