1/4 cup olive oil
1 onion chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 (35-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (28-ounce) can tomato puree
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, heat oil. Add onions and garlic. Cook until onions are soft. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato puree. Reduce to low heat. Cook partially covered for 1 hour.

Stir in tomato paste, basil and oregano. Add 1 cup water. Cook another hour.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
