5 pounds Wondra flour (2 boxes)
3 cups Sugar
3 packets fast acting Yeast (1 tablespoon sugar/warm)
2 1/2 pounds butter
Cristo all vegetable (2 full serving spoon) bigger then tablespoons
2 1/2 full teaspoons Baking powder
4 eggs
2 cups warm milk
Egg wash on top with a little water and sugar
1 cup vegetable oil (mazola)

Fennel seed 2
Mahalab 2
Nutmeg 1
Ernfoul 3/4. ارنفول

First combine the butter, cristco, sugar, milk to warm not boil on stove top.

Spices need the names

Combine the flour, baking powder in a large bowl and in the meantime heat up the butter, Crisco, sugar, milk on the stove top but do not boil only heat up. Also combine the yeast in a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of sugar and warm water and let it sit for 10 minutes covered with plastic warp in a warm place until it bubbles up. Make a well in the flour and combine the milk butter mixture and mix very well and then add the yeast mixture and stir with your hands and then add at the end 1 cup of mazola oil and mix well to combine all the ingredients and let it sit covered with a towel for at least one hour.

To roll out the dough take a little dough at a time and roll out not too thin and cut with a knife and put on a baking sheets. Proof with a fork 3 time not too deep halfway up the dough. Paint the top with egg wash with a little milk and sugar and bake on 375 for 15-20 minutes.
Bake for 8 minutes then take out of the oven and brush again with egg wash and bake for another 13-15 until the cookie is a nice golden brown color.

Sugar and butter melt butter and add to milk sugar
Bake at 375

-Spoons are very full
⁃ let it sit for few hours after mixing
⁃ Bush them with eggs before you bake
⁃ Use coffee mug for measuring
⁃ Melt butter add mike and sugars in a pot then add to dry mix make sure it’s not hot
