10 fresh, ripe peaches, cut I to slices and pulled off the pit
2 Tbsp arrowroot powder (or cornstarch)
1 tsp almond (or vanilla) extract
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1½ Tbsp splenda
1½ Tbsp coconut sugar
¼ tsp nutmeg

Crumble

1 c Old fashioned oats
1 c almond flour
3 Tbsp splenda
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
5 Tbsp almond butter
5 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F
Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray

In a large bowl mix filling ingredients together

Set bowl aside and prepare crumble in a separate bowl

Once all ingredients are together mix with a fork or your hand until you can pinch together and it sticks

Pour peaches into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle crumble over top and pat down

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until crust is golden brown

Let rest 30 minutes before serving

Store leftovers in the fridge
