3 cups flour
3 1/2 t baking powder
2 t salt
1 T sugar
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
12 oz beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan .
Combine flour , baking powder, salt & sugar in a large bowl. Add cheese & beer and mix well. Spread batter in pan and bake 45 min.
Turn loaf out onto rack and cool.
Slice and serve when cool.
