1 Stick unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup sugar
1 XL egg, room temp
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips + more to top
¼ sprinkles (or less, whatever you want)
Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat Oven to 350º

2) Place butter in mixer with sugars and cream together for 2 min

3) On medium, add the egg and vanilla

4) On low mix in dry ingredients, and then add in the chocolate chips.

5) Scoop ice-cream scoops and shape them taller than wider. Prepare 6 cookies on sheet and top with extra morsels.

6) Bake 14-15 min and allow to cool completely on baking sheet.
