2 cup butter (not margarine)
2 cup brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
½-1 tsp almond extract
5 ½ cup flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 3.4oz box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup oatmeal
½ cup chopped nuts
1 package semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Mix in oatmeal and nuts until well combined. Last add the chocolate chips. Use med scoop to make 36 cookies. Cook at 350 for exactly 10 min. Cookies should not brown! Cool on cookie sheet. They will finish cooking on baking pan. When cool store in an airtight bag or container. These cookies are even better the next day. Can also freeze dough after made into balls. Bake from frozen state for 11 min.
