Mini frozen tart shells
3-4 tbsp softened margarine or butter
2 beaten eggs
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp corn syrup or maple syrup
1 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixmaster combine butter and beaten eggs. Add in remainder of the ingredients and beat well. Place five or six raisins in each tart shell. Pour the ingredients from the mixmaster (hopefully a KitchenAid!) into each shell - 3/4 full. Bake at 400° for 12-14 minutes
