1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
1egg
1egg yolk
2 cups rhubarb cut into small pieces

Crust:

2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
⅔ cup cold Crisco
¼ cup cold water

Sift salt and flour into bowl. Cut in Crisco. Add water until down forms a non-sticky mass that can be rolled with a rolling pin. Roll out to cover a 9" pie tin.

Filling:

Sift salt and flour together in bowl. Add water and butter and blend until well incorporated. In a separate bowl, blend the egg and yolk together. Add eggs and rhubarb to the blender and blend on low until incorporated. Pour into dough.

Bake at 425F for 20 minutes or 375F for 25 minutes.
